Again, on mountains paths, Sunday July 8, 2007 - this time Mount Sparrowhawk (3121 m).

The access is form Spray Lake Road, 26 km from Canmore.

We followed the west slopes of the mountain with a height gain of 1350m. Hiking up through the forest was quite steep …

The final step on Sparrowhawk’s tower with lots of scree (two steps forward and one back) and an abruptly slope that I wouldn’t like to try it soon.

The descending was pleasant: down hill skiing using hiking boots...
