Saturday, February 3rd, 2007, at 9 AM sharp the race Frozen Ass Fifty started. The route begins from Bow River Canoe Club, along the irrigation channel, to Chestermere. About 75 runners, all ages, lined up at the starting line.  The morning was cold justifying entirely the name of the race. About 2-3 hours later, the weather started to warm up and finnaly it turned to be a wonderful day. Florin was cheer up by the support team, the biggest and the happiest one...

About 2 hours after the start of the race, a short stop at one aide station, a glass of water...
... a smile for the support crew ... and again on the run...
